Donny Hathaway, a Chicago native, is remembered as soul legend by many, and each year during the holidays his popular song ‘This Christmas’ revives his memory. His daughter, Donnita Hathaway, explains how the Donny Hathaway Legacy Project was formed to help health those with mental health issues. The organization is partnering with Social Works Friday night for its 4th annual event at the Museum of Science and Industry.
