Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division has awarded ManTech a five-year, $57 million task order to help enhance the capabilities of expeditionary weapon systems used by U.S. Special Operations Command.
ManTech said Monday it will deliver next-generation intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities and perform life cycle management of crewed and uncrewed air, land and maritime mobility platforms and associated systems as part of the task order.
“Our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art, next generation technology solutions that enhance the capabilities of all NSWC-managed SOCOM platforms,” said David Hathaway, executive vice president and general manager of ManTech’s defense sector.
ManTech will support a range of expeditionary weapon systems including sensor and fire control systems, weapons ammunition, rocket and missile systems and airframe integration systems.
The task order was awarded under the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s multiple-award contract vehicle.
