SANDWICH/GILBERT AZ-Karen Jean Cataldo, 63, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on December 9, 2022 she was the loving wife of Robert Cataldo, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage.
Karen was born and raised in Brockton and was the daughter of Laura Jean (Dion) Morrison and the late Richard H. Morrison.
Karen was a graduate of Brockton High School and Bridgewater State College. She was employed as Vice President of Human Resources at Reed & Barton in Taunton for 28 years. Karen was an avid reader, exceptionally intelligent, and had an incredible talent for trivia. She enjoyed the little things that life had to offer, especially walking the canal and watching Cape Cod sunsets at the beach. Most of all, Karen was a devoted, wife and mother.  Her family was her pride and joy. Karen will be remembered for her kind and calming nature and her natural ability to put others at ease. 
Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are her children, James Cataldo of Attleboro and Steven Cataldo and his wife Kami of Gilbert, AZ; brothers, Richard Morrison and his wife Catherine of Taunton, Gary Morrison of Brockton, David Morrison of East Bridgewater; and several nieces and nephews. 
Private arrangements entrusted to the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, Taunton.
