The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 44.6% increase in active residential listings — from 2,674 listing on the multiple listing service on Dec. 10, 2021, to 3,867 on Dec. 10, 2022.
With the number of listings up, the average residential sales price has also increased 4.2% year over year from $425,732 in 2021 to $443,846 in 2022, and median residential sales prices have risen 7.9%, from $305,000 to $329,000.
The average number of days on market has increased by 20.3% from 69 to 83.
GGAR also reported 886 homes were pending sale and 793 units were under contingency contract as of Dec. 10.
Erica Berg Hardwick joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Buist Avenue office.
She has worked for former Solicitor Bob Ariail, taught Spanish at Hillcrest High School and owned and operated Collective Music Solutions, a full-service music entertainment company.
Hardwick attended Erskine College.
Austin Bowen joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s midtown office.
He worked in his family’s production services business.
Bowen is a graduate of Wofford College.
