In the Greenville office, McGreevey and Herlong Loveless had the most listings sold, and Inman and Herlong Loveless were the top sales agents that month. In the Clemson office, Bostrom and Hammond sold the most listings in November and were the office’s top sales agents.

Lynn Skidmore was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.
She is a realtor with Allen Tate Realtors.
Skidmore is a certified ninja selling graduate and a Dale Carnegie graduate and instructor. She also holds Allen Tate certifications as new homes specialist and relocation specialist.
C. Tim Keagy was awarded the Twenty-Five Year Legend designation by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Award recipients must qualify for the network’s Chairman’s Circle, based on gross commission income or closed residential units, for 25 consecutive years.
Keagy was one of seven agents/teams recognized to receive this recognition at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ National Convention held in Louisville, Kentucky.
